Shipping Policy

At Smooch-able, we're dedicated to getting your order to you swiftly and securely so you can start enjoying better sleep as soon as possible. We partner with Royal Mail for reliable delivery services.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of successful payment, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (UK):

  • Royal Mail 48 (Second Class):

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days from dispatch.

    • Tracking: Limited tracking available.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We can ship to most residential, business addresses & PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.

Refund and Return Policy

Your satisfaction with Smooch-able is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns: Due to the hygienic nature of our mouth tape, we can only accept returns for items that are:

  • Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • In unused and resalable condition.

  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used Smoochable mouth tape for health and hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at hello@smooch-able.com within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorisation if your item is eligible.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Options: Once your returned item is received and inspected by us to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria (unopened, unused, resalable condition), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@smooch-able.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear description of the issue.

  3. Photographs of the damaged/defective item or the incorrect item received. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable. Do not return damaged or incorrect items until you have received instructions from our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used Smoochable mouth tape.

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items without proof of purchase.

  • Gift cards.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch (within our 48-hour processing window), we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard return policy.
